Built in 1994 this modern farmhouse was originally designed by Norval White, author the the AIA Guide to NYC. After just a few years the exterior began to deteriorate and the new owners asked Patrick Mulberry to oversee the renovations.
"Precise, detailed plans enabled us to have an efficient bidding and selection process. "ecause work was on a second home over two hours away we were not able to check in. Patrick was our eyes and ears during the construction phase. At the end of the day the work was completed on time, on budget and with a high standard of quality" (homeowner's comments)
