Patrick Mulberry is a Litchfield County based architect who has been designing fine homes and renovations for over 25 years. He has gained a reputation for producing simple, thoughtful and refined contemporary and traditional buildings that have a timeless quality and a strong connection to their locale.

Key to Patrick’s approach is the consideration of context – physical, social, geographical and historical. It is this, together with the development of a broad and thorough understanding of building technology and the homeowner’s aspirations and resources, which characterizes and informs his work. He strives to produce buildings that are appropriate and appealing both inside and out, and which stand the test of time.

A native of New Jersey; Patrick Mulberry received a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a Masters of Urban Design in Architecture from the Harvard University Graduate School of Design. Patrick has two grown children and is active in local preservation efforts as chairman of the Cornwall Conservation Commission, and board member of the Cornwall Land Trust.
