The owners of this Connecticut farmhouse wanted to renovate and add a new great room and master bedroom suite. A complete upgrade to a state of the art building envelope was done for the existing 1930's structure and two new additions were added. The main addition included a new entry, kitchen, dining great room and screened porch. The second addition housed the master suite and was positioned on the oppositie side of the existing structure in an effort to integrate the new wings with the layout of the existing spaces.
